Once the refractory dies
are prepared, the "P Material" is applied. |

The "P Material" is next
pressed in the P-Press and smoothed with an an instrument. |
 |
The "P Material" is then
fired in the oven. This photo shows the particles. |
 |
After the "P Material"
is fired, the "G Material" is applied and fired. |
 |
 |
|
Through capillary action, the "G Material penetrates the
"P Material" so you end up with gold on the inside and
outside. |
